Oxide is produced from 99.99% purity lead & used for making plates. Pasted plates are cured in controlled conditioning system & have consistence quality. Plates are used along with imported envelop type glass mat separator to have good & long lasting batteries in PPCP battery container.

The company has Semi automatic paste mixing machine and fully automatic pasting machine. We have fully automatic assembly line for heat sealed batteries.
